This one-day intensive focuses on creating modern, wearable results through simplified precision cutting techniques and methodical colour placement. Andrew will demonstrate his approach to curly hair, modern bobs, men's grooming, and breaking down complex haircuts into clear, repeatable systems. 

Belinda Jeffries, known as the Blonde Whisperer, will share her expertise in blonde consultation, formulation, placement, and achieving premium, low-maintenance results. 

Throughout the day, you'll gain real-world insight into consultation, decision-making, and working efficiently in a salon environment and beyond.  

A key focus of the training is understanding that technical formulas and haircut structures don't translate identically from one client to another. Every head of hair behaves differently, and true confidence comes from learning to read clients and their hair. Adjust your approach, and work intuitively as you go - not just following a rigid technique. 

The day includes live demonstrations, guided hands-on work with your own model, and personalised coaching to help you develop your eye, your feel, and your confidence.
